Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Floral Essence Gifts. Every item is made to order, then shipped from our production partners. Shipping time = Production time + Transit time.


1 — How Orders Ship

  • Your order may ship in multiple packages if it includes items from ShineOn (jewelry) and AOW (print accessories).
  • Tracking is sent by email when each package leaves the facility.
  • Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Free shipping applies to bundle offers (2+ items) only when available.

2 — ShineOn (Jewelry) — Production & Shipping

Production time (before shipping):

  • Standard Production: 3–5 business days
  • Quality remakes (if needed): +1–2 business days

Production runs Mon–Fri (peak seasons may add a few days).

Estimated transit times (after production):

  • USA: 3–5 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • UK & Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

If a piece doesn’t pass ShineOn quality checks, it will be remade at no cost, which may extend production slightly.


3 — Art of Where / AOW (Print Accessories) — Production & Shipping

Typical production times (before shipping):

  • Water Bottles: 3–5 business days
  • Pouches: 5–7 business days
  • Tea Towels: 5–7 business days

Production runs Mon–Fri (peak seasons may add a few days).

Estimated transit times (after production):
From Canada (Montreal):

  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • USA: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

From USA routing (where applicable):

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

AOW may route shipments via Canada or the USA depending on destination and carrier availability.


4 — Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • If you need a change, email harold@floralessencegifts.com immediately after checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship once the reship fee (and new postage) is paid.

5 — Customs, Duties & Delays

  • International orders may incur customs/VAT set by your local authority (paid by the recipient).
  • Weather, customs, and carrier backlogs can cause delays outside our control. We’ll help track and resolve issues.

6 — Late, Lost, or Stalled Shipments

  • If tracking shows no movement or appears lost, email us and we’ll investigate with the carrier/fulfillment partner.
  • Once confirmed lost or undeliverable, we’ll replace the item (or refund if replacement isn’t possible).

7 — Holiday & Peak-Season Notes

  • During peak periods, both production and transit may take longer.
  • Order early to meet gift dates; we’ll post any cut-off guidance on product pages and banners when applicable.
