2. Do you offer personalized or custom designs?
We do not offer custom uploads or personalized name changes at this time. Our brand focuses on curated, artist-illustrated and artist-inspired designs that reflect our signature style.

3. What types of products do you sell?
We currently offer:

Production & Shipping

5. How long does ShineOn production take?
ShineOn jewelry is handmade after you place your order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before shipping. If an item needs to be remade during quality checks, it may take an extra 1–2 business days.

6. How long does AOW production take?
Art of Where products are made to order. Production times are:

  • Water bottles: 3–5 business days

  • Pouches & tea towels: 5–7 business days
    Production may take slightly longer during busy seasons.

7. When will my ShineOn order ship?
Once production is complete, your order ships out. Most ShineOn orders leave within 3–5 business days.

8. When will my AOW order ship?
AOW items ship once production is finished. Most go out within 3–7 business days, depending on the product.

9. How long does shipping take after production?

ShineOn:

  • USA: 3–5 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • UK & Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

AOW:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • USA: 3–10 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

10. Do ShineOn and AOW items ship separately?
Yes. If your order contains items from multiple fulfillment partners, they may be shipped in separate packages.

11. Can shipping be delayed?
Occasionally, delivery may be affected by customs processing, weather, or courier delays. Most orders still arrive within the estimated timeframe.


Orders, Changes & Support

12. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly after purchase. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

14. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

15. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 30 days and include photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.
