Not yet. Our focus is on curated designs that reflect our signature floral and artistic style. Every piece is carefully created to feel special, even without personalization.

Each ShineOn jewelry piece is handmade after your order is placed.

6. How long does Art of Where (AOW) production take?
AOW items are printed and handcrafted to order.
- Water bottles: 3โ5 business days

Production may take slightly longer during busy holiday periods.
7. When will my ShineOn order ship?
Once production is complete, most ShineOn orders ship within 3โ5 business days.
8. When will my AOW order ship?
Most AOW items ship within 3โ7 business days after production.
9. How long does shipping take after production?
ShineOn Jewelry
- USA: 3โ5 business days
- Canada: 5โ10 business days
- UK & Europe: 3โ7 business days
- Rest of World: 7โ15 business days
Art of Where (AOW)
- Canada: 2โ7 business days
- USA: 3โ10 business days
- International: 10โ21 business days
Note: Production time is separate from shipping time.
10. Do ShineOn and AOW items ship separately?
Yes. Since our products come from different fulfillment partners, they may arrive in separate packages.
11. Can shipping be delayed?
Occasionally, delays can occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues. Most orders still arrive within the estimated timeframes.

12. Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once production begins, weโre unable to make changes or cancellations, but weโll always try to assist if your request is received quickly.

14. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.
We will, however, replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
15. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 30 days of delivery at harold@floralessencegifts.com with your order number, a short note, and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, weโll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
